LET'S TURN THE LIGHTS OFF

In the project we want to spread message that Our Earth need help because of the pollution and we have to do something about that. We want to emphasize: - The value of energy, light and even darkness. The value of friendships and family. - That saving energy is important for every day living and we can do this in many different situations without to many renouncing. Through the project we will make different kind of objects where we can put the candles in, which will pupils take home at the end of the project and spend some time with their parents in the candlelight, chatting about what we were talking and doing during our project.

Aims: - pupils will be acquainted with pollution problems and their extensiveness and will try to spread this message to their parents - pupils will be presented how can they save energy in the everyday situations - pupils will use the waste and nature materials to make different kinds of objects where we can put the candles in - pupils will exchange some of their products with other partners’ school     Close

Work process: - exchanging basic instruction for the project work between all partners schools - introducing project to pupils and parents (cooperating with some different schools in Europe; project content) - working by project content and objectivities – step by step (representing pollution problems and their extensiveness; searching for solutions; making different object for candles; exchanging products, pictures,…)
